BVCTRIKES Layaway Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through the BVCTrikes Layaway Program through Partial.ly. By enrolling, you agree to the conditions below.

1. How Layaway Works

  • A minimum of a $200 deposit secures your order in the layaway program.

  • Remaining balance is paid in weekly or monthly installments.

  • Once your balance is fully paid, your order will be shipped within 7 14 business days.

  • At Checkout You Will Choose Partial.ly as your checkout Option

2. Payment Schedule

  • Standard layaway term: up to 4 months.

  • Payments can be made weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, as long as the balance is cleared by the 4-month deadline.

  • Early payoff is allowed at any time.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • The $200 deposit is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel your layaway, all payments beyond the initial deposit will be refunded.

  • If payments are not completed by the 4-month deadline, your order will be cancelled automatically. Deposit is forfeited, but additional payments (if any) will be refunded.

4. Changes & Availability

  • Layaway is available only while current production slots are open.

  • If demand exceeds supply, layaway customers are fulfilled in order of enrollment.

  • BVC reserves the right to limit the number of active layaways plans per customer.

5. Shipping & Taxes

  • Orders ship once balance is paid in full.

  • Applicable sales tax is collected when the final payment is made, and the order is prepared for shipping.

  • Shipping rates are included in your layaway agreement. If a free shipping promotion applies, it will be honored at final shipment.

6. Warranty & Support

  • All standard BVCTrikes warranties apply to layaway purchases.

  • Warranty period begins on the date the kit is shipped, not when the layaway is started.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • It is your responsibility to make timely payments.

  • Payment reminders will be sent, but failure to pay does not release you from the terms of this agreement.
